When will we start the production? Before we begin your order, we will send you a free visual image . After you have approved the design, we will begin production.
If you approved the visual design too late, causing the delay
If you want to cancel your order during production, we will send you a partial refund.
If some of the products you received have quality issues, we will send you the cost for those defective products, or we can re-make them free of charge.
If the mistake is caused by a third-party company, such as an express company (FEDEX, DHL, etc.) and they do not deliver your order within the promised time frame, we will send you a partial refund.
You can send a request to your sales rep. who will verify and release the refund to you.
Within 15 calendar days after receiving the package, you can contact our product manager to apply for the return and refund of the defective goods. Generally, the refund amount will arrive in your account within 2-5 business days.
